Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel completed her first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She finished at third. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectation. She was happy with her placement. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
